When moving in or out of WP, what is the protocol?
You will need to contact either Condominium Associates, 3001 Executive Drive, Suite 260, Clearwater, FL 33762 (PHONE: 727-573-9300) or Dan Graff (727-269-6557) to let them know what date you will be moving in or out so Dan can put up the Pads in the elevator. This will insure we help protect our elevators from any moving damages. If you do not call and let them know to put up the pads, you take a risk of loosing your deposit if any damage is done to the elevators while moving.
When having furniture delivered or having any kind of work done in my unit, do I need to contact anyone?
Yes, please contact Dan Graff (727-269-6557) to give him the date of your furniture delivery, or if it is some type of service or construction work that requires bulky equipment or supplies to go up in the elevators, please let Dan know so he can put up the Pads in the elevator to protect them. Dan should also be made aware so he knows who will be coming into the building.
Is there a Pet Weight Limit?
Yes, we have a pet weight limit of 25 lbs and a limit of two (2) pets. If you had a pet over 25 lbs. before this was voted on, your pet has been grandfathered in. However, when your pet passes, you will be held to the new pet weight limit of 25 lbs. total weight at maturity.
Where can I walk my dog?
For your convenience, the Board has voted to put up Doggy Bags out front. Now that they have been installed, please use the front only to walk your dog and use the Doggy Bags and Trash container. Your pets are not allowed in the OCR room, Pool area or dock area unless you are walking your dog to your boat. Pets are not allowed out back in any of the grassy areas....Please keep your pet OUT FRONT only!
How do I Reserve the Owners Club Room (OCR)?
You can download the Reservation Form (Pdf). Fill out the form and send it over along with your deposit check to Condominium Associates, 3001 Executive Drive, Suite 260, Clearwater, FL 33762 (PHONE: 727-573-9300)
How do I get my key fobs, vehicle entry keys, or entry codes?
You will need to contact Condominium Associates, 3001 Executive Drive, Suite 260, Clearwater, FL 33762 (PHONE: 727-573-9300)
How do I access the members only section of the Windward Passage website?
Windward Passage residents can access the members only section by Registering online and receiving a username and password to log in. Once you are issued your username and password, just click on the Login button on the home page.
Where can my guest park?
The parking for guest is located in front of the building.
What are the hours for the OCR Room (Owners Club Room)?
The hours Sunday through Thursday are 9am - 10pm and 9am - 11pm on the weekend! Please remember, that no one under the age of 16 can be in the OCR without adult supervision.
Does Windward Passage Recycle?
Yes, we have Blue Trash cans at the East End of the building. The cans hold 1) Plastic Bottles, 2) Mixed Paper, 3) Newspaper only, and 4) Aluminum & Steel Cans only.
Can we hang Outdoor Fans on our Deck?
No, The board voted to not allow individual fans installed on the decks as it would take away from the Architectural design of the building.
Can we hang anything on our Front Doors?
Only with Board Approval...you can download the Form and submit it to the board for approval. However, you can hang a temporary Christmas Wreath or other Holiday Wreath on your front door. The easiest and safest way to do this to protect your door, is to use either Ribbon or String...thumb tack it to the very top edge of the door, let it hang down to the length you desire and tie it to the wreath.
Can I smoke in the building?
No, there is no smoking in any lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairs wells or OCR (Owners Club Room).
